I was curious why this was listed as a popular video…until I watched it. It is cruel and unusual but quite funny. I would embed it but the submitter has it disabled.

    this video was animal cruelty and you should be turned in to the police. SAME ON YOU for scaring a small animal

    First off, it is not my video.
    Second, I never said I approved of it. I said it was slightly funny, but honestly, while watching the video I was worried that the fright was enough to cause a heart attack.
